The generation of angular momentum in the fission fragments is the subject of a renewal of interest since new experimental data [Wilson, et al.] Insulated Bottle Holder shows that the magnitudes of the spins of the fragments are almost uncorrelated. In this proceeding, the collective potential perceived by the fission fragments is studied using static frozen Hartree-Fock calculation Co Q10 and the dynamic Time-Dependent Hartree-Fock.The results are in qualitative agreement with previous studies done in the case of the 240Pu.
